Under the direct supervision of the Payroll Manager, this position must ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and company deductions in accordance with government regulations and company policies.\nResponsibilities\nMaintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential\nCalculate, issue, and record adjustments to pay related to retroactive changes\nAudit new hire paperwork such as tax withholding forms and direct deposit to ensure accuracy\nScan and file payroll documents such as wage garnishments, tax withholding forms, and direct deposits\nProcessing and maintenance of all staff changes for payroll needs (hires, terminations, class changes, pay changes, transfers, etc.)\nRespond to and resolve any inquiries regarding paychecks\nUtilize ADP Reporting to provide data quickly and accurately from the payroll system\nAct as a backup for coworkers\nAssist with special projects as needed\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited four-year college or university preferred\nExperience working with a large company, processing high volumes of payroll preferred\n2+ years previous experience processing payroll, preferably with ADP\nProficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN) and Workforce Manager (WFMgr) preferred\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products including; Word, Excel, and Outlook\nStrong knowledge of payroll best practices\nExceptional organizational skills\nAbility to work in a team-oriented environment\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\nWhy Join NaphCare?\nNaphCare is one of the largest providers of healthcare services to correctional facilities throughout the US, and we are growing.
