Once hired, we encourage our employees to continue to seek opportunities for advancement and leadership.\nResponsibilities\nResponsibilities for the Provider Contract Manager:\nNegotiates, administers, and executes hospital and physician contracts in accordance with company standards in order to maintain and enhance networks to ensure we meet and exceed quality and financial goals.\nCoordinate bid proposals, which includes community health care research and fiscal analysis.\nResponsible for building and maintaining hospital and physician networks, which includes negotiating reimbursement rates, market research for healthcare services across the country, cold calling and contract language review\nResponsible for contracting and operational issues for the life of the contract.\nDevelop strong relationships with executive teams of our network hospitals and the providers affiliated with our network hospitals in order to achieve network growth and cost targets.\nQualifications\nQualifications for Network Manager:\nAbility to work independently and effectively multi-task in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment and exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making to achieve organizational objectives. \nMust have excellent written, verbal, negotiating, and interpersonal skills\nBe customer-service oriented\nHave the ability to problem solve\nBe well-organized and work and perform independently with hospital executives in all negotiations\nBachelor's degree required; Master's degree in health care administration or business administration preferred.\n5+ years of healthcare experience required.\n3+ years of experience in contract negotiation and provider contract language required.\nUnderstanding of Medicare Parts A and B reimbursement required.\nAbility to interact positively with outside clients, coworkers and supervisors.\nAbility to travel up to 10-15%\nWe know you may have questions before applying.
