team at Naphora Games Group and help us deliver high-quality mobile games.\nYou’ll work hands-on with game builds, features, prototypes, and releases, helping ensure our games are stable, polished, and ready for players by identifying and documenting issues, validating fixes, and testing the overall player experience.\nYou’ll work closely with Engineering, Game Design, Art, Product, and Production in a fast-paced development environment where experimentation, rapid iteration, and learning are a big part of how we build games.\nResponsibilities\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nTest mobile game builds, features, prototypes, and releases\nPerform functional, regression, exploratory, compatibility, usability, and performance testing\nCreate and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression coverage\nIdentify, reproduce, document, and track bugs with clear steps and supporting evidence\nVerify bug fixes and support release and post-release testing\nTest across different mobile devices and operating systems\nGameplay & Player Experience\nTest key player flows including gameplay, progression, economy, ads, IAP, onboarding, and live features\nIdentify gameplay, usability, visual, and performance issues that may impact the player experience\nExplore edge cases and unexpected player behaviors\nProvide clear feedback on quality issues and areas that could affect the overall game experience\nCollaboration & QA Processes\nWork closely with Programmers, Designers, Artists, Product, and Production throughout development\nCommunicate quality risks, blockers, bugs, and testing progress clearly\nCollaborate with the team to reproduce, investigate, and validate issues\nHelp improve QA processes, tools, test coverage, and overall testing practices\nSuccess Looks Like\nIdentifying and clearly documenting bugs and quality issues before they reach players\nMaintaining reliable test cases, checklists, and regression coverage\nTesting builds thoroughly across different devices, operating systems, and player scenarios\nSpotting edge cases and issues that others may miss\nCommunicating bugs, blockers, and quality risks clearly with the wider team\nSupporting smooth releases through effective testing and validation\nDeveloping a strong understanding of our games, systems, and player experience\nContributing to continuous improvements in QA processes and test coverage\nDemonstrating strong attention to detail, curiosity, and a willingness to dig into problems\nQualifications\n2+ years of QA/testing experience, ideally within mobile games\nExperience with manual testing, regression testing, bug reporting, and test cases\nGood understanding of mobile games and the player experience\nExperience testing across iOS and Android\nKnowledge of or prior experience with tools such as Jira, Miro, and Unity\nStrong attention to detail and ability to spot issues and edge cases others may miss\nCurious, methodical, and comfortable digging into problems to understand their root cause\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\nAble to take ownership of assigned testing areas and work independently\nExperience with Hybrid Casual, Casual, or Free-to-Play mobile games is a plus\nExposure to test automation or scripting is a plus\nExperience testing analytics/events, ads, IAP, or live game features is a plus\nFamiliarity with App Store and
