Overview of the role:
We are looking for a passionate, high-energy and commercially driven Senior Client Account Executive to help accelerate Napier AI’s growth across Asia.
This is a growth role, not a purely new-business role. We are looking for someone equally comfortable winning new logos and growing revenue from within our existing APAC client base: identifying opportunities, opening doors and closing complex enterprise software deals, while also expanding existing customer relationships through upsell, cross-sell and deeper engagement.
You will be responsible for developing your territory, building relationships with financial institutions and other regulated organisations, and positioning Napier AI as a leading provider of financial crime compliance technology. The role requires strong regional knowledge, enterprise sales experience, and the ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, technology, operations and business functions.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS or enterprise software solutions, ideally into financial services, fintech, regtech or other highly regulated sectors. Exposure to financial crime, AML, fraud, compliance, sanctions screening or transaction monitoring would be highly beneficial, but we are especially looking for someone with the drive, discipline and commercial instinct to grow revenue across both new and existing accounts.
