Основные обязанности:

  • Консультирование и техническая поддержка пользователей при выполнении операций в SAP и смежных приложениях в части обмена ЭДО;

  • Анализ и поиск решения проблем, разрешение инцидентов, информирование пользователей о текущем статусе решения инцидента;

  • Взаимодействие с операторами, интеграторами, клиентами, по организационным и техническим вопросам настройки и обмена EDI/ЭДО сообщениями;

  • Участие в тестировании проектных задач в рамках оптимизации и усовершенствования текущих процессов.

Требования к кандидатам:

  • Образование высшее (математическое, техническое, IT);

  • Практический опыт использования или внедрения SAP от 3-х лет;

  • Опыт работы в поддержке SAP в направлении SD, и поддержки ЭДО/EDI обязателен;

  • Готовность в сменному графику работы/ночным сменам;

  • Знание правил и особенностей обмена документами между контрагентами (как ЮЗДО, так и EDI-цепочки).
