This position supports manufacturing operations by maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.\nHow you will make an Impact:\nPerform product and grade changeovers on machine centers, including Flexographic Printing Presses, Converting Folders, Formers, packaging equipment, and conveyor systems.\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission equipment.\nPerform preventive maintenance activities on equipment and facility systems according to established schedules.\nAssist in maintaining accurate maintenance records, including preventive maintenance documentation, work orders, labor tracking, and spare parts inventory.\nPerform equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, rebuilds, and continuous improvement projects.\nTroubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment and control systems.\nSupport or lead maintenance projects from planning through completion, depending on experience and skill level.\nTrain, mentor, and support team members as needed.\nMaintain equipment reliability while minimizing production downtime.\nFollow all GMP and SQF requirements and report any food safety concerns to supervision.\nFoster a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented work environment.\nThe Essentials:\nCandidates will be considered based on a combination of experience, technical aptitude, education, certifications, and demonstrated maintenance skills.\nOptional but Impressive:\nRamsey Maintenance Test score of 50 or higher and/or related maintenance experience.\nThree or more years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.\nAssociate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electronics, Robotics, or a related field preferred but not required.\nExperience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.\nAbility to demonstrate fabrication, machining, welding, equipment rebuilding, and machine upgrades.\nKnowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and power transmission systems.\nExperience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, Servo Motion systems, or industrial controls is a plus.\nIndustrial electrician experience and/or electrical licensing is a plus.\nProficient with shop tools, fabrication equipment, diagnostic devices, and measuring instruments.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing business needs.\nAbility to read, comprehend, and communicate technical information effectively.\nAbility to work alternate shifts as needed for vacation coverage, vacancies, or business demands.\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in an industrial manufacturing environment for extended periods.\nComfortable working at varying heights and around moving machinery.\nBecause you Deserve It:\nWe don’t just hire great people—we take care of them.\n10-12 Paid Holidays Per Year\nHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance\nCompany-Paid Life Insurance (2x Annualized Base Salary)\nCompany-Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability\nCompany-Paid Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (2x Annualized Base Salary)\nSupplemental Life Insurance Available for Employees and Dependents\nVacation Accrual Beginning on Date of Hire\nAccrue vacation on a prorated basis of 8 hours per month during your first year\nReceive 96 hours of vacation annually beginning January 1 following eligibility requirements\nEmployee Recognition Programs\nCompany-Sponsored Events\nReasonable Accommodations Statement\nTo accomplish this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
