You’ll oversee production, distribution, and maintenance activities while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor. From coaching hourly employees to driving continuous improvement initiatives, you’ll help deliver operational excellence and support the success of our manufacturing environment. This person will be working second shift, 3pm - 11pm. \n\nHow You Will Make an Impact:\nOversee production, distribution, and maintenance activities to meet daily operational, quality, and customer goals.\nEnsure all employees follow Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, and company safety standards, proactively preventing workplace injuries.\nTrack key metrics, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve production, efficiency, and quality.\nAssist with rollouts of new methods, tools, or equipment to reduce labor, material costs, and ergonomic risks.\nSupervise hourly employees and Group Leads, provide guidance, coach for performance, and escalate issues as needed.\nCommunicate proactively with Plant Managers, CI Managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve operational concerns.\nParticipate in safety, operational, and cross-functional meetings to support plant goals and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned to flexibly support the business and meet production and customer needs.\n\nThe Essentials:\n5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.\nProven team supervision skills with the ability to deliver operational objectives.\nAnalytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience monitoring KPIs.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems, Time & Attendance systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.\nKnowledge of Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nPreferred: Mechanical/technical experience, union oversight, distribution/logistics knowledge, project management experience.\n\nBecause You Deserve It:\nWe don’t just hire great people—we take care of them.\nSome of our perks include:\nCompetitive salary and incentives\nTime off that lets you recharge\nRetirement savings\nGrowth opportunities that elevate your career\nComprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits \nPet Insurance;
