  • Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and up to date before distribution

  • Manage document control software or ERP systems
  • Support internal and external audits by providing timely access to accurate records
  • Archive obsolete documents and maintain retention schedules
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information

    • Requirements

  • Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Previous experience is not required; internships or relevant university activities are a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in document control and Finance tasks.
