Responsibilities\nCash & Liquidity Management\nOverseedaily cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.\n\nDevelopand implement short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.\n\nMonitorworking capital and recommend strategies to optimize it.\n\nBanking & Funding\nManagerelationships with banks and financial institutions.\n\nNegotiatecredit facilities, loans, and banking terms.\n\nEnsurecompliance with covenants and funding agreements.\n\nTreasury Operations & Controls\nSupervisepayments, collections, and treasury transactions.\n\nImplementand monitor treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.\n\nManagetreasury systems and automation initiatives.\n\nRisk Management\nIdentify,monitor, and mitigate financial risks, including FX and interest rate\nexposure.\n\nEnsurecompliance with regulations and company policies.\n\nReporting & Insights\nProvidetreasury reports to management and board, including liquidity status, cash\nforecasts, and funding needs.\n\nSupportdecision-making with financial insights related to capital allocation and\nfinancing.\n\nRequirements\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting (MBA, or CTP is a plus).\n\n7-10years of treasury/finance experience, with at least 3 years in a\nleadership role.\n\nStrongknowledge of cash management, banking products, and funding strategies.\n\nExcellentrelationship-building and negotiation skills with banks and financial\npartners.\n\nStronganalytical, organizational, and leadership skills.\n\nExperiencein high-growth industries (logistics, technology, FMCG) is preferred.\n\nKey Competencies at Naqla\nLeadChange: Build modern treasury practices in a fast-growing environment.\n\nThinkCritically: Anticipate liquidity
