You'll partner with financial institutions to understand their needs, demonstrate how Narmi solves their problems, and work cross-functionally to drive deals forward. You'll be the technical bridge between prospects and our product, engineering, and success teams.\nWhat You'll Do\nEngage with prospects to assess their technical capabilities, needs, and integration requirements\nBuild and deliver compelling, tailored product demos and technical presentations\nDraft thorough responses to RFPs and technical questionnaires\nStay current on competitor and partner solutions in the market\nPartner cross-functionally with product, implementation, and customer success teams to develop solutions that drive revenue growth\nWhat You'll Bring\n2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (sales engineering, consulting, professional services) at B2B SaaS companies\nStrong communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences\nExperience working in or with financial institutions\nTrack record of owning projects and working autonomously\nMastery of modern web technologies\nProficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and Python\nWillingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time\nNice to Have\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field\nPrior FinTech or banking technology experience\nFamiliarity with digital banking platforms\nExperience with AWS, Node.js, React/React Native, Kubernetes, or Python\nCompensation\nThe base pay range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 per year. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. You will also receive sales commission for won sales opportunities. In addition to base salary and commission, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ.
