Within this division, the Logistics & Operations Planning Section (643) drives institutional logistics operations across asset control, material movement, inventory management, and technical services.\nThe Asset and Property Management Group (643A) is seeking a Property Administrator II (Operations Data Analyst) to transform property, inventory, warehouse, procurement, and material-management data into actionable operational intelligence. In this role, you will support key institutional initiatives-including Equipment Library expansion, Oracle MRP implementation, Item Master data quality, inventory optimization, material reuse, and warehouse modernization-by extracting, cleansing, joining, analyzing, and visualizing data across multiple enterprise systems. The successful candidate will replace manual, record-by-record processes with automated queries, interactive dashboards, and prioritized workflows that drive operational decision-making across the Laboratory.\nTasks include but are not limited to\nExtract, cleanse, join, and analyze large operational datasets.\nAnalyze property, inventory, Item Master, MRP, procurement, warehouse, and utilization data.\nIdentify duplicate, incomplete, or potentially inaccurate records.\nDevelop analytical methods to identify old, inactive, or underutilized inventory.\nAnalyze historical demand, consumption, availability, and material movement.\nIdentify potential material reuse opportunities before new procurement.\nSupport Equipment Library onboarding by identifying common equipment, utilization patterns, duplicate capabilities, and candidate inventory.\nSupport Oracle MRP implementation through Item Master cleansing, classification, standardization, and exception analysis.\nAnalyze warehouse inventory to support retention, consolidation, footprint reduction, and disposition decisions.\nDevelop dashboards and performance metrics for inventory, property, warehouse, library, and MRP operations.\nAutomate recurring reports and manual data-reconciliation activities.\nDevelop exception-based reporting that directs operational personnel toward records requiring action.\nPartner with Property Administrators, material planners, warehouse personnel, engineering organizations, and management to convert analytical findings into executable actions.\nDocument data definitions, analytical methodologies, business rules, and reporting logic.\nRequired Qualifications:\nTypically requires bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline with 3 years of related experience or master's degree with 1 year experience.\nExperience analyzing structured business or operational datasets.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data-analysis or business-intelligence tools.\nExperience extracting, cleansing, joining, and validating data from multiple sources.\nAbility to identify trends, anomalies, exceptions, and relationships within large datasets.\nAbility to translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Onyx AI, or similar analytical technologies.\nExperience with Oracle, ERP, MRP, warehouse-management, inventory, or asset-management systems.\nExperience analyzing supply-chain, manufacturing, logistics, property, procurement, or warehouse data.\nFamiliarity with Item Master governance and material master data.\nExperience developing automated dashboards and exception reports.\nExperience in aerospace, defense, engineering, manufacturing, or other highly regulated technical environments.\nFamiliarity with data visualization, predictive analytics, or AI-assisted data analysis.\nJPL has a catalog of benefits and perks that span from the traditional to the unique.
