This role is responsible for maintaining ticketing system accuracy, supporting event operations, driving process improvements, and delivering a seamless ticket-buying experience for customers across all events.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport Ticket Operations leadership and staff with daily functions, fulfillment needs, and special projects.\nIdentify opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify ticket operations processes.\nAssist with product training for the Consumer Services team and Sales Academy.\nProvide support for special projects such as:Venue reseating initiatives\nDeclined payment plans\nOther department-wide operational projects\n\nAudit event builds, ticket system updates, pricing changes, and financial controls on a daily basis.\nMaintain ticket system price code management, including:Adding new ticket products or offers\nUpdating pricing and package details\nSetting access permissions for users and agencies\n\nOversee inventory management across all events, including daily ticket allocation reviews.\nManage and process all Corporate and Complimentary ticket accounts.\nOversee Ticketmaster Account Manager processes and account setup.\nMonitor and respond to inquiries in the designated ticket operations inbox in a timely manner.\nEnsure quality control of the online ticket-buying experience by:Identifying and correcting broken links\nReviewing purchase flows for accuracy\nPartnering with Marketing to maintain current offers and messaging\n\nSupport all event weekend ticket operations needs, including:Event staffing coordination\nTicket issue resolution and customer service\nDaily sales reconciliation\nFinal event reporting\n\nWhere applicable, assist with hiring, scheduling, and supervision of temporary event staff.\nAssist in the development and implementation of operational efficiencies within Ticket Operations.\nAdditional duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma or GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.\nExperience with ticketing software such as Ticketmaster preferred.\nPrevious box office, ticketing, or live event operations experience preferred.\nStrong project management skills with the ability to move initiatives from concept through execution.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.\nFamiliarity with the sport of NASCAR is a plus.\nMust possess a valid driver's license in good standing and meet clean driving record criteria.\nBehind every race weekend are talented people helping shape the future of sports and entertainment.
