You'll work across LLMs, AI agents, automation, and product features to create experiences that delight users and dramatically increase team productivity.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role for someone who moves fast, experiments often, and enjoys turning new AI capabilities into real-world products.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and deploy AI-powered products and features.\nDevelop AI agents and workflow automations using modern LLMs.\nIntegrate APIs from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI platforms.\nBuild reliable backend services that support AI applications.\nOptimize prompts, retrieval systems (RAG), tool calling, and agent performance.\nEvaluate new AI models and technologies and rapidly prototype new ideas.\nCollaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship high-impact features.\nMonitor, improve, and maintain AI systems in production.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of software engineering experience.\nStrong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript/TypeScript.\nExperience building applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).\nExperience integrating AI APIs and deploying AI-powered products.\nSolid understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures.\nExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).\nFamiliarity with modern backend frameworks and REST APIs.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.\nExcellent communication skills in English.\nBonus Points\nExperience building autonomous AI agents.\nExperience with MCP servers, function calling, or multi-agent systems.\nExperience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.\nExperience deploying AI applications at scale.\nFamiliarity with fine-tuning, evaluation frameworks, or reinforcement learning.\nContributions to open-source AI projects.\nWhy work with us:\nHere, you are not just an employee - you are treated as a true owner of the company.
