We empower some of the world’s most influential organizations by building highly effective social media platforms that amplify their messages.\n\nAbout the Role\nWe’re looking for a Content Creator who can turn ideas into content people actually want to watch.\nYou’ll own the creative process, from content strategy and ideation to scripting and production.\nWe’re looking for someone creative, hands-on, and fast-moving, with strong storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging content across different topics and formats.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn the content strategy and creative direction for assigned clients\n\nResearch audiences, competitors, trends, and content opportunities\n\nDevelop strong concepts, hooks, and creative angles\n\nWrite scripts for short-form videos, ads, and organic social content\n\nProduce content from idea through execution\n\nWork closely with Video Makers, Editors, and other creatives to bring ideas to life\n\nLead or support shoots when needed\n\nReview content throughout production and give clear creative feedback\n\nQuality-check content and make sure it aligns with the agreed strategy, brand, and tone\n\nUse performance data to understand what’s working and improve future content\n\nPrepare monthly creative learnings and recommendations\n\nCreate and test different versions of concepts, hooks, and formats\n\nHelp develop static content, carousels, and other social-first formats\n\nBuild organic content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook\n\nManage multiple content streams while keeping quality and deadlines high\n\nStay on top of trends and identify new opportunities for relevant, engaging content\n\nSound like you?
