As an Information Developer Analyst, you will focus on Help Center release management for Eqlipse products-publishing Help Centers using established processes, guided experted team members, ensuring product information is updated, built, and published accurately. This role is foundational, building product knowledge needed for broader responsibilities over time.\nWe are looking for candidates with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets.\nWith this position we offer\nJoin the Information Development organization, a global team driving the digitalization of product information and growing the use of Help Centers, continuously improving how customers learn, adopt, and operate Nasdaq Eqlipse products - mission-critical solutions delivered to financial market infrastructure organizations, including exchanges and clearing houses.\nRole Responsibilities\nAs an Information Developer, your focus will be developing and publishing product information to modern Help Centers. Besides working closely with your colleagues inSweden, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.\nPlan, coordinate, and publish product information for Help Center releases.\n\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers.\n\nEnsure release information is clear, accurate, and delivered on time.\n\nBuild understanding of how software changes affect business and technical users.\n\nContribute to a consistent and high-quality release experience for customers.\n\nWe expect you to have:\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nStrong attention to detail and structured way of working.\n\nGenuine interest in communication, software, and process-oriented work.\n\nAbility to learn quickly and follow defined procedures with accuracy.\n\nStrong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset.\n\nCuriousity to understand complex products and turn technical input into useful customer-facing information.\n\nEducation Qualification: Engineering degree or equivalent technical education.\n\nIt would be great if you\nInternship or early professional experience in software, product documentation, or business/technical analysis.\n\nExposure to agile ways of working.\n\nInterest in financial markets.\n\nExperience with structured content, XML-based authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Jira, or similar tools.\n\nDoes it sound like you?\nAs the selection process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
