In this client-facing role, you will partner directly with financial institutions to design, implement, and optimize regulatory reporting solutions on the Axiom platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex data and reporting requirements while ensuring alignment with U.S. regulatory expectations and industry best practices.\nThis is an ideal opportunity for a regulatory reporting professional who thrives at the intersection of business, data, and technology, and who enjoys solving complex problems for sophisticated banking and broker-dealer clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner with clients to gather, analyze, and document data and reporting requirements for regulatory submissions.\nTranslate complex regulatory rules into clear functional specifications and configuration approaches within the Axiom platform.\nAdvise clients on industry best practices, implementation strategies, and process improvements across their regulatory reporting operations.\nProvide subject matter expertise on U.S. regulatory frameworks, interpreting rules and guidance from the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC, SEC, and FINRA.\nPerform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and variance analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.\nSupport user acceptance testing, production parallel runs, and go-live activities.\nContribute to internal knowledge sharing, methodology development, and teaming up with senior SMEs.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.\n 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting within banking, broker-dealer, or financial services - ideally in a business analyst, consulting, or reporting operations capacity.\nStrong business foundation with a solid understanding of financial products, balance sheet composition, and accounting concepts.\nTechnology-literate: comfortable working with large datasets, reading SQL, understanding data models, and collaborating with technical teams (deep coding expertise not required).\nExcellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to interpret regulatory instructions and translate them into practical reporting solutions.\nRegulatory Experience (One or More Required; Multiple Preferred)\nHands-on experience with one or more of the following U.S. regulatory reporting areas:\n Regulatory Capital (Basel III / Basel 3EG, RWA calculations, FFIEC 101)\n U.S. Liquidity Reporting (LCR, NSFR, FR 2052a)\n Broker-Dealer Reporting and Calculations (Net Capital / Rule 15c3-1, Customer Reserve / Rule 15c3-3, FOCUS reports)\nBank Holding Company and Call Reports - FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031/041, and related schedules\n CCAR / DFAST stress testing and related submissions (FR Y-14A/Q/M)\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior hands-on experience with the Axiom (Adenza / Nasdaq) Controller View regulatory reporting platform.\nExperience at a top-tier bank, broker-dealer, consulting firm, or regulatory technology vendor.\nFamiliarity with data governance, controls frameworks, and reporting automation initiatives.\nAdvanced degree or relevant certifications (CPA, CFA, FRM) a plus.\nCome as You Are\nNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
