You’ll thrive in this position if you’re technically hands on, collaborative, and proactive, with a strong DevOps mindset and a passion for cloud platforms, telemetry, and operational excellence in a fast paced, global environment.\nWe are looking for candidates with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets\nWith this position we offer :\nJoin the Global Operations organization, Observability global team and support telemetry, monitoring, logging across our technology landscape.\nYour roles and responsibilities include:\nAs aLead, Observability Engineer you’ll play a meaningful role in building, scaling, and embedding enterprise-grade observability across our technology landscape, enabling reliable, secure, and high-performing services.\nBesides working closely with your colleagues inBangalore, India, you will also have an equal opportunity to work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.\nWe own and continuously evolve our observability platform across logs, metrics, traces, APM, RUM, monitoring, and security use cases.\nWe define and implement reusable observability standards for dashboards, alerting, and logging across engineering and business domains.\nEmbed observability into cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring telemetry quality and automation by develop.\nWe partner with engineering, SRE, security, and operations teams to improve incident detection, service reliability, and time to resolution!\nWe help enable self-service observability through documentation, dashboards, reporting, and executive-level transparency!\nWe expect you to have:\nMinimum of 12 years working in IT field as system administrator or DevOps field.\nStrong hands-on experience with Datadog across logs, metrics, APM, dashboards, and monitors.\nSolid understanding ofobservability principles, including telemetry types, SLOs, distributed tracing, and reliability metrics.\nProficiency inPython for automation, instrumentation, and integrations.\nPractical experience with AWS and Azure monitoring services and their integration into observability platforms.\nExperience with DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform preferred).\nBachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or I.T.\nIt would be great if you :\nExperience operating observability platforms at scale in complex or high-volume environments. \nFamiliarity with Kubernetes and container-based observability patterns. \nFamiliarity with instrumenting OpenTelemetry. \nBackground in SRE, production operations, or performance engineering. \nDoes it sound like you?\nAs the selection process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
