You will support end-to-end procurement activities - from supplier selection through contract implementation - ensuring the organization receives optimal value across hardware, software, and services.\nYou'll thrive in this position if you're analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong interest in global supply chains and operational efficiency.\n Key Responsibilities\nSupport supplier selection processes through thorough evaluation, documentation, and analysis. \nParticipate in vendor negotiations to secure favourable pricing, terms, and conditions. \nContribute to contract implementation, ensuring maximum organizational benefit and compliance. \nAssist in the development of supply chain logistics setups aligned with targets for availability, lead time, inventory, and cost. \nDrive procurement projects, including the development of specifications for services, equipment, and materials. \n\n Required Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n3-5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or vendor management. \nProven ability to support negotiations and manage supplier relationships in a global environment. \nStrong analytical and organizational skills with attention to process and documentation. \nClear communicator with experience working across cross-functional, matrixed teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, PMP). \nExperience in technology, fintech, or capital markets procurement. \nFamiliarity with procurement platforms or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle). \n\nThis position will be located in St. John's and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.\nCome as You Are\nNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
