comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.\n\nStrong understanding ofequityecosystem, tokenization, digital asset ecosystems, and institutional market participants.\n\nOn-chainfluencywithL1/L2 ecosystems,smart-contractbasics, tokenization/RWAs, wallets/custody, DEXs/AMMs, andon-chaindata/oracles\n\nDeep understanding ofcapital marketstrading workflows, market structure, execution, clearing, settlement, and post-trade operations.\n\nExperience building or managing products that support trading platforms, exchanges, electronic markets, or other high-volume financial systems.\n\nExperience working with blockchain technologies, tokenized assets, smart contracts, distributed ledger platforms, or on-chain financial infrastructure.\n\nProven ability to bring complex products from concept through launch and adoption.\n\nExperience working in regulated environments and partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building or supporting on-chain trading platforms, digital asset marketplaces, or tokenized market infrastructure.\n\nExperience working for an exchange, broker-dealer, market infrastructure provider, institutional trading platform, or capitalmarketstechnology company.\n\nExperience supporting low-latency, high-volume systems where performance, reliability, and scalability are critical.\n\nFamiliarity with custody, clearing, settlement, transfer agent workflows, and corporate actions.\n\nStrong knowledge of smart contract architecture, token standards, blockchain protocols, and institutional digital asset ecosystems.\n\nCore Skills\nProduct strategy, prioritization, and execution.\n\nStrong trading and market infrastructure mindset.\n\nSystems thinking across capital markets, operations, engineering, and regulatory domains.\n\nCustomer discovery and stakeholder management.\n\nClear communication and ability to simplify complex technical, business, and regulatory challenges.\n\nThis position can be located in New York, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future;
