Quality Assurance Engineer
As a Quality Assurance Engineer reporting to the Senior Director, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software integrations across Nasdaq's product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Design, execute, and maintain test strategies and test cases across integrated systems and platforms.
Drive integration and end-to-end testing across multiple products, collaborating with developers, product owners, and business analysts throughout the software lifecycle.
Contribute to test automation and CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient, reliable releases.
Identify, analyze, and track defects through to resolution, while supporting test data creation and management.
Champion quality from the start by participating in requirement analysis and design discussions, and continuously improving QA processes and ways of working.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation and integration testing.
Hands-on experience with modern QA practices, including CI/CD and shift-left testing approaches.
Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, Python, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams in agile, cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with integration testing across distributed systems or microservices.
Background in financial services, trading, clearing, or post-trade systems.
Familiarity with applying AI or GenAI tools in a QA or testing context (e.g., test case generation, exploratory testing support).
This position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office.
