At Nasdaq, we use a structured job and career framework to make sure growth opportunities are clear and fair. The pay range you see reflects the full salary band for this job level, including room for progression over time. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that’s appropriate for this role.
