We're looking for someone who applies critical thinking when evaluating information, communicates complex financial concepts clearly to a broad range of audiences, and embraces a continuous learning perspective while adapting to new technologies and ways of working.\nKey Responsibilities\nHandle month-end and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, purchase order and invoice tracking, variance analysis, and management reporting.\nSupport monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes while identifying risks and opportunities and providing actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.\nPartner with business leaders on spending trends, resource requirements, investment priorities, workforce planning, vendor management, efficiency analysis, and operating expense optimization initiatives.\nPrepare financial analyses, performance reporting, KPIs, and executive-level materials that support business leadership, Corporate FP&A, and senior Finance stakeholders in making informed decisions.\nSupport business transformation and strategic initiatives while helping improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes through automation, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled solutions.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nShown experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, Accounting, Strategic Finance, or Business Analytics.\nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial and operational information into clear business recommendations.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with large and complex datasets. Experience with financial planning, reporting, and analytics tools such as Power BI, OneStream, Workday, Anaplan, Salesforce, Databricks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar platforms is highly valued.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting technology, FinTech, SaaS, subscription-based, information services, or other data-driven businesses.\nExperience with planning, reporting, and analytics tools such as OneStream, Workday, Anaplan, Salesforce, Power BI, Databricks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or similar platforms.\nExperience with workforce planning, long-range planning, business case development, strategic finance, process automation, business intelligence, AI tools, or finance transformation initiatives.\nThis position will be located in Vilnius and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.\nBenefits & Rewards\nWe offer a competitive, well-rounded rewards package that supports you and your family - inside and outside work.\nThe base pay range for this role is 2800 - 3000 EUR gross monthly.
