React and TypeScript proficiency is strongly valued.\nStrong SQL competency including schema design, query performance, transactions, and data integrity.\nSolid Docker and Kubernetes knowledge, with the ability to guide containerization decisions and troubleshoot services in a cluster environment.\nWorking familiarity with core AWS services relevant to architecture - including EKS, RDS, IAM, networking, and observability - and demonstrated experience setting technical direction and introducing AI-assisted workflows into the software development lifecycle.\n Preferred Qualifications\nExposure to LLM or agent development, including function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, prompt engineering, or agent-tool protocols such as MCP.\nExperience designing secure APIs and authorization architectures using OAuth2/OIDC, scopes, and token flows, and basic familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tooling (e.g., Terraform or OpenTofu).\nBackground in fintech, capital markets, or a regulated industry environment.\nThis position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.\n Benefits & Rewards\nWe offer a competitive, well-rounded rewards package designed to support the financial, physical, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families (where applicable).\nThe base pay for this role is from 4800 eur to 6000 eur gross.
