Using data from internal and external sources, we deliver innovative products that power some of the world’s most successful organizations.\nYour roles and responsibilities include :\nWorking alongside seasoned professionals in Product Management, Product Development, and AI & Automation, you will lead a team of Data Engineers that plays a pivotal role in developing new data products and bringing them to market.\nLead and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers; set technical direction and delivery standards.\nDesign and build data pipelines to onboard, extract, load, transform, and enrich new data sources.\nApply domain knowledge of financial data to curate datasets and accelerate product development.\nPartner with Product Management and Product Development to analyze, validate, and transform datasets into finished products.\nCollaborate with AI & Automation to advise on and adopt AI-powered workflow tools that scale delivery and drive efficiency.\nImplement robust data quality checks and monitoring to ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.\nWe expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)\nMinimum 10+ years Programming experience in Python, Spark, SQL, Java, and/or Unix shell scripting and atleast 2+ years’ experience leading a high-performing team.\nStrong foundation in exploratory data analysis, data onboarding, and data pipelines.\n Proven knowledge of financial markets data analysis (e.g., stock market prices and volumes).\n Cloud and systems experience in AWS (S3/EC2), Databricks, and Linux.\nSolid understanding of Git or other version control software.\nStrong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written); comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.\nIt would be phenomenal if you:\nHavepreviousexperience crafting financial data products.\n\nExperience working with Alternative Data sources (e.g., satellite imagery, consumer transactions, mobility/GPS).\nDoes it sound like you?
