As a Senior Specialist-Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our trading platform. You will work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to execute testing activities, support system validation, and contribute to continuous improvement of our QA practices.\nWe are looking for candidates with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets\nWith this position we offer\nJoin the Trading Engineering under Market Platforms division,You will be part of a newly formed Technical Onboarding team, working with peers to ensure the successful deployment, integration, and performance validation of enterprise software in customer environments. Your responsibilities include supporting onboarding activities, conducting system integration and non-functional testing, and serving as a subject-matter expert in performance engineering.\nRole Responsibilities -\nAs a Senior Specialist Quality Engineer, your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues inBangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.\nStrong understanding of performance testing concepts and tools, including the ability to design and execute tests that evaluate system behavior under varying load conditions\n\nExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS or similar), Kubernetes (K8s), and Helm.\n\nGood understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, load balancing, firewalls), system design, and infrastructure components.\n\nHands-on experience with Linux environments, including shell scripting and fixing.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate moderately sophisticated scenarios and apply sound judgment.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.\n\nWe expect you to have:\nPerformance Test Engineer with 8-12 years experience.\n\nProven hands-on experience working with Kubernetes (specifically AWS EKS) and container runtimes such as Docker or Podman. Ability to debug container lifecycles and understand pod network topologies.\n\nCloud Architecture: Strong familiarity with AWS cloud services (VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, ELB/ALB) and how they behave under scale.\n\nExperience with testing methodologies, both functional and non-functional.\n\nExperience in performance Testing, AWS, Linux and CI/CD\n\nProven technical depth, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently drive quality outcomes\n\nA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field\n\nIt would be great if you\nProficiency in one or more programming languages.\n\nFamiliarity with version control systems such as Git.\n\nAbility to contribute to crafting and maintaining automation frameworks and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines - preferably GitLab.\n\nCuriosity and interest in financial technology and the trading domain.\n\nDoes it sound like you?\nAs the selection process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
