Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.\nLinux System administration tasks and Linux based troubleshooting.\nL2/L3 technical support. Troubleshooting and RCA of ALL processing issues.\nProactively supervise and resolves the production environment issues with the use of Zabbix as a monitoring tool.\nPerform BAU activities Which includes:\nSystem supervising to ensure availability of all services, server resources.\n Log monitoring to review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs.\nResolution of Incidents and Service Requests following SLAs and ITIL Incident Management Processes.\nPerforming Application Deployments using puppet, Gitlab and bit bucket as per Change Management Processes.\nDevelop and integrate process automation tools using Bash/Python.\nWe expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)\nStrong background in Linux/Unix Environment. 3-5 Years.\nExposure to monitoring tools: Zabbix, Grafana etc. 3- 4 Years.\nExposure to Configuration management tools including Puppet, Ansible. 2 -3 Years.\nStrong scripting knowledge in Bash, Python.\nExposure to Jira, GIT/Bitbucket tool. 2-3 years.\nExposure to AWS cloud technologies. 2 Years\nGood understanding of ITIL methodologies\nCome as You Are\nNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
