Candidates with immediate availability or short notice periods are strongly encouraged to apply.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement scalable software solutions across new and existing applications and systems architecture.\n\nLead technical analysis of complex assignments, including coding, testing, debugging, and delivering robust outcomes.\n\nDrive security-conscious development practices and ensure cross-platform compatibility across products.\n\nBuild reliable integrations between AI services, structured data sources, and enterprise platform components.\n\nMentor team members, championing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nStrong software development experience, including Python, for building scalable backend services, integrations, and data-driven applications, with strong SQL skills for working with structured enterprise data.\n\nExperience building and integrating APIs, services, or platform components within enterprise application environments, including data pipelines, transformation, and validation.\n\nExperience working on AI/ML-enabled products or platform capabilities, including integrating or delivering AI-driven solutions in production or near-production environments.\n\nClear communicator with proven ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and client-facing teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in a specialized area such as financial markets, mathematics, or computer science.\n\nExperience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated technology environments.\n\nFamiliarity with emerging AI technologies and their application within enterprise software platforms.\n\nLocation\nThis position is located in Wrocław, Poland and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment, with at least 3 days per week in-office.\nFor more information, visit Nasdaq Benefits & Rewards Career Page.\nCome as You Are\nNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer. The actual offer will depend on factors like your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will fall within a portion of the posted range that’s appropriate for this role.
