You'll embed security into every layer of our cloud environment - from identity and access management to threat detection and incident response.\nYou'll thrive in this position if you're collaborative, diligent, and bring a passion for cloud security to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, implement, and maintain security controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI environments to protect critical infrastructure.\nSupervise cloud platforms for threats, misconfigurations, and policy violations using SIEM and Cloud Security Posture Management tools.\nDevelop and implement cloud security standards, policies, and guardrails that support compliance and risk reduction.\nPartner with DevOps and engineering teams across time zones to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and align on priorities.\nConduct cloud security assessments, vulnerability management, and produce clear documentation and metrics for technical and executive audiences.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field and/or shown experience in cloud security or information security roles.\nHands-on experience with security services in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).\nStrong understanding of cloud networking, IAM procedures, and infrastructure-as-code security (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).\nClear communicator with experience in collaborative, multi-functional environments and ability to influence without direct authority.\nFamiliarity with AI tooling, e.g. daily work assistance, integrating AI solutions into workflows, etc.\nPreferred Qualifications\nRelevant certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, AZ-500, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, CCSP, or CISSP.\nExperience with Cloud Security Posture Management tools and SOAR platforms.\nBackground in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.\nIf you don't fit all the requirements, but are highly motivated and willing to learn, we encourage to apply.\nThis position will be located in Vilnius, Lithuania and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.\nBenefits & Rewards\nWe offer a competitive, well-rounded rewards package that supports you and your family - inside and outside work.\nThe base pay range for this role is 4000 - 5000 EUR gross monthly.
