As an Information Developer Specialist, you will serve as the Mumbai location lead for Information Development - establishing team practices, collaboration, and onboarding, while acting as a key bridge between Mumbai and the wider team, with strong ownership of day-to-day work.\nWe are looking for candidates with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to today's markets.\nWith this position we offer \nJoin the Information Development organization, a global team driving the digitalization of product information and expanding the use of Help Centers, continuously improving how customers learn, embrace, and operate Nasdaq Eqlipse products - mission-critical solutions delivered to financial market infrastructure organizations, including exchanges and clearing houses.\nRole Responsibilities\nAs an Information Developer, your focus will be developing and publishing product information to modern Help Centers. Besides working closely with your colleagues inSweden, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.\nOwn Help Center Release Management activities and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of product information.\n\nSupport day-to-day guidance, review, and local team coordination in Mumbai.\n\nPlan for upcoming releases, update Jiras, review scope from junior team members, and approve for delivery.\n\nPartner closely with developers, business analysts, product teams, to create, update, and improve Help Center articles and other content.\n\nWork in structured authoring and version-controlled environments.\n\nWe expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)\nEngineering degree or equivalent technical background.\n\nExperience in technical writing, information development, or a similar role in a software environment.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nAbility to work independently and bring structure to complex, fast-moving work.\n\nExcellent judgment in turning technical input into useful, concise, user-focused information.\n\nExperience improving existing processes, methods, or content workflows.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and teamwork skills.\n\nConfidence to guide others informally and help establish a strong local team environment.\n\nIt would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)\nExperience writing product information for online delivery through Help Centers or self-service portals.\n\nExperience with XML-based authoring tools such as MadCap Flare, Git, Jira, or similar tools.\n\nExperience in financial technology, especially trading systems or capital markets.\n\nExperience working in agile product organizations.\n\nFamiliarity with information architecture, structured content, analytics, or content design for digital user experiences.\n\nDoes it sound like you?\nAs the selection process is ongoing, please submit your application in English as soon as possible.
