You’ll fit right in if you’re technically curious, comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams, and energized by solving problems that have a real impact on the Canadian capital markets.\nWhat You’ll Do\nMonitor and support production systems to maintain the reliability, availability, and performance of our Canadian equities platforms.\nConfigure, maintain, and enhance Linux and AWS-based infrastructure, including supporting the team’s continued migration to AWS.\nTroubleshoot incidents and real-time application issues, working closely with developers and other technology teams to resolve problems.\nSupport clients and internal stakeholders by responding to technical and operational questions clearly and effectively.\nBuild and improve automation, operational workflows, documentation, and runbooks to reduce manual work and strengthen platform support.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 4 years of experience supporting production systems, cloud infrastructure, or systems operations.\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS and Linux administration, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux and the Linux command line.\nExperience with scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, or similar tools.\nStrong troubleshooting, communication, and client service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and regulated environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting real-time, highly available, or business-critical applications.\nFamiliarity with monitoring, observability, CI/CD, networking, security, and tools such as Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, or GitLab.\nAn interest in capital markets, trading technology, or financial services.\nThis position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.\nCome as You Are\nNasdaq is an equal opportunity employer.
