You will play a meaningful role in supporting critical business operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Treasury function.\nDivision Overview\nThe Finance organization is built around the key pillars of Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. The Global Cash Management team is a key part of Treasury and is involved in every aspect of Nasdaq's cash management platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsible for monitoring and actioning securities settlement, foreign exchange, and investment transactions, ensuring all transactions settle in accordance with trading cut-offs and settlement deadlines.\nPrepare bank account and securities reconciliations, build and maintain associated automation, and perform callback verification procedures for new or changed beneficiary banking information.\nComplete monthly controls to ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly SOX controls.\nParticipate in technology, automation, and AI initiatives that advance Treasury's AI journey and improve the efficiency, resilience, and cost-effectiveness of cash management, securities settlement, regulatory reporting, and related Treasury processes.\nSupport business partners and collaborate with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to address ad hoc inquiries, strengthen controls, reduce operational risk, and support business objectives.\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 2 years of experience working with securities settlement and/or payments.\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience.\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and exemplary communication skills in English (spoken and written).\nAbility to balance daily responsibilities with project work.\nA proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute in areas beyond your pre-defined scope.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Treasury management system (Calypso preferably), Workday (ERP), OneStream (GL reconciliation).\nProject management.\nExperience of, and ability to, streamline and improve processes.\nThis is a full-time fixed-term position (approximately 18 months) based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
