You will play a meaningful role in supporting critical business operations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the Treasury function.\nDivision Overview\nThe Finance organization is built around the key pillars of Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Development, and Investor Relations. The Global Cash Management team is a key part of Treasury and is involved in every aspect of Nasdaq's cash management platform.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor and execute securities settlement, foreign exchange, and investment transactions, including beneficiary verification controls, ensuring adherence to trading cut-offs and settlement deadlines.\nYou will play a key role in Treasury projects centered on the Calypso system, taking ownership of problem-solving, driving change, and delivering continuous system and process improvements covering back office processes.\nPrepare and maintain bank account and securities reconciliations, associated automation solutions, financial reporting controls, and monthly and quarterly SOX controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.\nDrive technology, automation, and AI initiatives that advance Treasury's AI journey and improve the efficiency, resilience, and cost-effectiveness of cash management, securities settlement, regulatory reporting, and related Treasury processes.\nSupport business partners and collaborate with stakeholders across Treasury, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to address ad hoc inquiries, strengthen controls, reduce operational risk, and support business objectives.\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 4 years of experience working with securities settlement and/or payments.\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience working with a Treasury Management System, preferably Calypso, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nExemplary written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.\nAbility to balance daily responsibilities with project work, combined with a proactive and curious mindset and a willingness to learn and contribute beyond your defined scope.\nThis is a full-time fixed-term position (approximately 18 months) based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
