In this role, you'll lead UX and design work within a cross-functional scrum team, helping us reimagine and rebuild the user interface for one of the market's leading trade surveillance platforms.\nYou'll fit right in if you're a self-starter who loves crafting intuitive user experiences, thrives in a fast-paced agile environment, and gets energy from seeing your designs come to life in a product used by clients around the world.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign user-centric experiences that balance user needs with business and technical requirements.\n\nPartner closely with the Product Delivery Lead and development team to translate user insights into polished, functional designs.\n\nLead product design activities end-to-end - from scoping and planning through wireframes, prototypes, and final delivery.\n\nHost client feedback and user testing sessions to gather input and validate design proposals.\n\nContribute to the evolution of Nasdaq's design system and help define the UX strategy and vision for the platform.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nA degree in Interaction Design or equivalent practical experience in UX/UI design.\n\nProven experience designing websites or digital products, with a strong UX/UI portfolio.\n\nHands-on experience with Figma or a comparable design tool.\n\nFamiliarity with user research methods such as wireframing, personas, user journey mapping, and usability testing.\n\nA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional, agile teams.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience in financial services or designing products for external enterprise customers.\n\nA good understanding of web technologies and what's technically achievable in product development.\n\nThis position is a full-time, permanent role located in Vilnius, offering a hybrid work environment with flexibility to work half the week on-site, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.\nA valid EU working permit is required for this role.\n Benefits & Rewards\nWe offer a competitive, well-rounded rewards package designed to support the financial, physical, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families (where applicable).\nThe monthly base salary for this role starts from €3300-€4200 gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.
