Naseej website:\nJob Summary:The Senior Project Controller is responsible for ensuring effective financial and operational control of IT projects throughout their lifecycle. The role monitors project revenue, costs, budgets, invoicing, revenue recognition, forecasts, and overall project financial performance, ensuring alignment with PMO governance and company financial policies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMonitor project budgets, costs, revenue, margins, and overall financial performance.\n\nManage project revenue recognition, invoicing, billing milestones, and financial forecasts in coordination with Finance and Project Managers.\n\nTrack actual costs and revenue against budget and forecast, identify variances, and drive corrective actions.\n\nEnsure timely project creation, financial updates, invoicing, and month-end/year-end project closure.\n\nMonitor project profitability, resource utilization, change requests, and their financial impact.\n\nMaintain accurate project financial data in ERP and project management systems.\n\nPrepare project financial reports, dashboards, and management insights for PMO and senior management.\n\nSupport Project Managers with financial planning, forecasting, cost optimization, and commercial decision-making.\n\nEnsure compliance with PMO governance, project control procedures, contracts, and financial policies.\n\nIdentify revenue leakage, delayed billing, cost overruns, and other project financial risks and coordinate appropriate actions.\n\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience in project control, project finance, PMO, or project accounting, preferably within IT, technology, software, digital transformation, or system integration companies.\n\nStrong experience in project revenue, revenue recognition, invoicing, forecasting, budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis.\n\nExperience with ERP and project financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.\n\nGood understanding of IT project delivery models, contracts, milestones, change requests, and project financial structures.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills and strong analytical and reporting capabilities;
