This role serves as the primary administrator of scouting infrastructure, player databases, reporting systems, video resources, and talent identification workflows, supporting the club's efforts to identify, evaluate, recruit, and monitor elite youth talent.\n\nResponsibilities\nPlayer Database Administration\nMaintain scouting and recruitment databases\nEnsure data accuracy and integrity\nGenerate dashboards and reports\nRecruitment Pipeline Management\nManage recruitment pipeline and player tracking\nMaintain prospect records and watchlists\nMonitor recruitment timelines and follow-up actions\nScouting Operations Support\nCoordinate scouting schedules for homegrown reporters’ program\nTrack scouting reports\nPrepare recruitment briefing materials\nTrial Coordination\nCoordinate academy trials\nManage registrations and documentation\nCollect evaluations and communicate outcomes\nSupport strategic planning\nFamily and Player Communication\nServe as recruitment point of contact\nManage trial invitations\nCoordinate recruitment visits\nCompliance and Safeguarding\nEnsure SafeSport and league compliance\nMaintain required documentation\nSupport audit readiness\n\nRequired Qualifications\nProficiency with Airtable, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and reporting tools.\nExperience working with databases, CRM systems, or spreadsheet-based tracking systems through academic, internship, volunteer, or professional experiences.\nAbility to manage and interpret large volumes of information accurately.\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.\nAbility to work evenings and weekends as required by academy events and competitions.\nExcellent organizational, project management, written, and verbal communication skills.\nValid driver's license and ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel regionally.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nInternship, volunteer, or part-time experience in soccer operations, scouting, recruitment, video analysis, performance analysis, or sports administration. \nSpanish language proficiency.\nExperience with Hudl, Veo, Wyscout, Spiideo\nExperience tagging, clipping, and organizing video footage. \nExperience building reports, dashboards, or tracking systems in Excel, Airtable, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. \nKnowledge of Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky and Mississippi youth soccer markets.\nKnowledge of MLS NEXT, ECNL, USL Academy, elite youth soccer, or player development
