Working directly with the Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Paid Media, this role will manage campaign timelines and creative requests, support paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, and build and deploy email and SMS campaigns to targeted segments of the fanbase.\n Responsibilities: \nBuild, test, and deploy email campaigns that support ticketing, merchandise, partnership, and community initiatives \nManage the Club's SMS messaging program, including content creation, scheduling, and list management\nWork with the Business Strategy and Analytics team to segment the fan database by behavior, preferences, and fan journey stage\nDevelop personalized messaging for key audiences, including season ticket members, single-match buyers, and prospective fans\nCoordinate and track paid media campaigns with internal stakeholders\nMaintain consistent messaging across email, SMS, and paid media\nMonitor campaign performance and report on key metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue\nRun A/B tests and recommend improvements to increase engagement and retention\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nWorking knowledge of email and SMS platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, or Attentive), plus the ability to segment audiences and analyze campaign performance data\nStrong copywriting and editing skills\nHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities at once\nEffective verbal and written communication, and comfort working across departments\nAbility and internal drive to demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities\nAbility to be a team player and thrive in a collaborative, creative environment\nGraphic design and/or video editing skills are a plus\nAbility to work long, flexible hours including gamedays, evenings, weekends and holidays as requirered\nExperience with Airtable or similar project management tools is a
