The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, understanding customers’ needs, recommending suitable beauty products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a strong brand image.\nKey Responsibilities\n Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly shopping experience. \n Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable cosmetics and beauty products. \n Explain product features, benefits, usage, and prices clearly. \n Achieve monthly and individual sales targets. \n Promote new products, offers, and promotions. \n Upsell and cross-sell products based on customers’ needs. \n Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. \n Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. \n Maintain an organized and attractive product display. \n Ensure products are properly stocked and displayed according to brand standards. \n Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and competitors. \n Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments when required. \n Prepare basic sales reports and provide feedback to management. \n Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively. \nRequirements\n 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Retail, Cosmetics, Beauty, or a related field is preferred. \n Previous experience in a cosmetics or beauty brand is a strong advantage. \n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n Strong customer service and selling skills. \n Good knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products is preferred. \n Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented. \n Strong persuasion, upselling, and negotiation skills. \n Ability to work with sales targets and under pressure. \n Good English communication skills;
