region.\nJob Responsibilities:\nConducting the initial meeting with the customer to understand the store dimensions, set goals, and agree on budgets.\nCreate a customer account on the Notion platform.\nCreating WhatsApp Groups and adding the client to follow up work on it.\nResponsible for achieving the project's results and fully supervising all the processes that lead to this.\nAdd all preliminary data to the customer on Notion and follow up on the addition of data and reports periodically.\nEnsure that all access permits are taken to the customer's advertising and social media accounts.\nWriting the plan and work agreed upon with the client and adding them to the Notion platform and sharing it with the client.\nPeriodically develop tasks, distribute them to the work members and follow up on their implementation in a timely manner.\nWork to achieve the digital goals agreed upon with the client.\nSending periodically weekly reports of the work done on the customer's store on WhatsApp Group\nSending monthly reports as a document showing all the tasks and achievements during the month\nCreating & Sending the invoices to the customer and following up on payment\nConducting periodically meeting with the client and responding to his questions\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree.\n4 Years Experience as a Senior / Team leader Performance Account Manager.\nMarketing Agencies Experience is a Must.\n Experience in using Account Management CRM Software (Notion, HubSpot, etc...).\nGulf region Clients Experience is Preferred.\nExcellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.\nEnglish language intermediate, as a minimum required.\nAble to work/learn in a fast-paced environment.\nBenefits\n Working Days: 5 Days (Sun to Thu) (9 AM
