into profitable growth.\n\nJob Description:\nOwn and develop the full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.\nBuild and execute media plans, channel strategies, budget allocation, and scaling roadmaps aligned with business and revenue goals.\nTake full ownership of campaign performance, from acquisition and conversion to ROAS, CAC, LTV, and overall profitability.\nManage and optimize high-spend advertising accounts, continuously identifying opportunities for profitable scaling.\nAnalyze performance data and translate insights into clear strategic actions and growth opportunities.\nLead ongoing audience research, segmentation, testing, and expansion to unlock new growth opportunities.\nDevelop and manage structured testing frameworks for audiences, offers, creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.\nWork closely with the creative team to develop performance-driven creative strategies, including concepts, hooks, angles, messaging, formats, and testing priorities.\nProvide clear creative direction based on performance data, and continuously identify winning creative patterns.\nConduct competitor, market, keyword, and audience research to strengthen acquisition strategies.\nBuild and present performance reports and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.\nIdentify performance gaps, diagnose their root causes, and proactively implement solutions.\nContinuously monitor platform updates, industry trends, emerging channels, and new performance marketing opportunities.\nContribute to the development of the broader digital growth and marketing strategy.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in Performance Media Buying, with proven experience in E-Commerce.\nGCC E-commerce experience is a MUST.\nProven track record of scaling high-spend accounts and significant revenue, with experience managing 100K+ monthly ad spend.\nStrong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads.\nExperience working with Salla, Zid, Shopify, and WordPress/WooCommerce.\nStrong knowledge of GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity, and Yandex Metrica.\nStrong understanding of ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, CPA, CVR, AOV, and profitability.\nStrong experience in creative testing, performance creatives, copywriting, hooks, angles, and creative strategy.\nProficiency in using AI tools for research, analysis, creative ideation, optimization, and workflow automation.\nStrong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills with a growth and ownership mindset.\nPortfolio / Case Studies are required, demonstrating measurable scaling and business results.\nBenefits\n Working days: 5 days (From Sunday
