Responsibilities\nEdit short-form content: UGC, product videos, promotional ads, and influencer campaigns\nCreate strong hooks that capture attention within the first 3 seconds\nApply color correction, sound design, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion graphics\nAdapt videos to different formats and aspect ratios for multiple platforms\nCreate multiple ad variations to test different hooks, angles, and CTAs\nFollow brand guidelines and apply feedback efficiently\nManage multiple projects and deliver on time\nKeep project files and final exports organized\nRequirements\n2-4 years of professional video editing experience\nProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro\nWorking knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools\nFast and efficient editor with strong time management and attention to detail\nStrong creative eye and good judgment to tell high-performing content from weak content\nStrong editing background, with a personal library of assets (music, sound effects, templates, transitions)\nFlexible availability and quick response time during working hours, including urgent requests\nKeeps up to date with new editing tools, trends, and AI-powered video tools\nStrong understanding of short-form content and social media advertising\nAbility to work independently from creative briefs with minimal supervision\n Portfolio of previous video editing work (required)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with production houses, creative agencies, or influencer marketing agencies\nExperience editing UGC ads, e-commerce content, and performance marketing
