Work closely with development teams to create detailed test plans and analyze the root cause of failures.\n\n- Collaborate with application engineers to identify use cases that require automated test coverage.\n\nSkills You Will Need:\n\n- Experience:\n\n- Over 4 years of experience in software testing/development, specializing in Bluetooth technology.\n\n- Strong proficiency in advanced generative AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and agent-based workflows.\n\n- Technical Expertise:\n\n- Expertise in automation and test implementation.\n\n- Strong proficiency in Python programming.\n\n- In-depth knowledge of Bluetooth Low Energy technologies.\n\n- Strong understanding of Bluetooth functionalities and use cases.\n\n- Expertise in using Bluetooth testing tools and protocol analyzers (e.g., Ellisys).\n\n- Experience with Bluetooth specification documentation (e.g., Bluetooth SIG), and familiarity with Bluetooth standards (e.g., Bluetooth 5.x, 6.x).\n\n- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with expertise in root cause analysis through detailed test logs.\n\n- Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively
