Overview : \n\nWe are looking for experienced Microsoft 365 / Messaging & Exchange Administrators to provide L2/L3 support and manage enterprise messaging environments across Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises, and Hybrid Exchange environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange On-Premises, and Exchange Hybrid environments.\n\n- Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, and collaboration services.\n\n- Perform mailbox provisioning, migrations, decommissioning, public folder management, and directory integrations.\n\n- Support Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, email, calendaring, and messaging-related applications.\n\n- Monitor messaging infrastructure health, performance, and availability.\n\n- Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and escalations using ITSM tools.\n\n- Perform proactive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, service restoration, capacity planning, and performance tuning.\n\n- Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and failover processes.\n\n- Build and configure Exchange environments; experience in Exchange environment deployment is an added advantage.\n\n- Manage administrative settings for Exchange On-Premises, Exchange Online, ADFS, Directory Synchronization, DAG, Load Balancing, and FIM.\n\n- Manage end-to-end Exchange infrastructure and maintain infrastructure hygiene.\n\n- Ensure compliance with corporate security policies, SOX controls, audit requirements, and access governance standards.\n\n- Manage role-based access controls, privileged account reviews, and audit reporting.\n\n- Support email security, encryption, authentication, spam protection, and secure mail flow using TLS.\n\n- Install, maintain, upgrade, and support messaging infrastructure and software.\n\n- Execute messaging platform changes, testing, deployments, and lifecycle management activities.\n\n- Support mail routing, SMTP gateways, spam filtering, and messaging integrations.\n\n- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles.\n\n- Manage Microsoft support cases and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution.\n\n- Support and administer Venafi, One Identity, PartnerNet, Poppulo, and ManageEngine.\n\n- Track vendor roadmaps and implement required platform enhancements.\n\n- Support mailbox-level recovery, retention, archival, compliance searches, and audit requests.\n\n- Coordinate with backup teams for backup schedules and restoration activities.\n\n- Participate in DR
