The candidate should have hands-on experience with SMP/E, z/OSMF, JES2/JES3, Sysplex, RACF, USS, PARMLIB, and mainframe communication technologies.\n\nMandatory Skills :\n\n- IBM z/OS Administration\n\n- SMP/E\n\n- z/OSMF\n\n- JES2 / JES3\n\n- TSO / REXX\n\n- IOCP / HCD\n\n- RACF\n\n- z/OS Sysplex & CFRM Policies\n\n- USS (UNIX System Services)\n\n- PARMLIB\n\n- VTAM / TCP-IP / FTP\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Install, customize, test, implement, document, and support ISV products on IBM z/OS.\n\n- Use IBM SMP/E to receive, install, maintain, and apply z/OS and related software.\n\n- Troubleshoot software installation issues by analyzing SMP/E output and messages.\n\n- Configure and maintain SMP/E environments, parameters, and software packages.\n\n- Create, secure, manage, and troubleshoot z/OS USS file systems and mount points.\n\n- Create, update, and debug z/OS system parameters using PARMLIB.\n\n- Support z/OS Sysplexes and CFRM policies.\n\n- Work with z/OSMF, JES2/JES3, TSO, REXX, IOCP/HCD, and RACF.\n\n- Support mainframe communication technologies including VTAM, TCP/IP, and FTP.\n\n- Plan and execute z/OS software and hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance.\n\n- Maintain accurate technical documentation for system installations, upgrades, and configurations.\n\n- Provide 24x7/365 production support, including on-call and off-hours coverage.\n\n- Participate in periodic weekend implementations and production activities.\n\n- Work with ISV vendors to troubleshoot product issues and coordinate resolutions.\n\nISV / Product Experience :\n\nExperience with one or more of the following is preferred : BMC Products, SFTP, FDS, PKZIP, Precisely StreamWeaver, Finalist, Zena, LRS, and other mainframe ISV products.\n\nLeadership & Soft Skills :\n\n- Provide technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior team members.\n\n- Demonstrate strong communication, documentation, coordination, and
