Position Overview: The Temporary Lab Support Associate plays a vital role in supporting fast-paced Research and Development (R&D) and large-scale development laboratories. As part of the Laboratory Operations team, this role ensures the laboratory operates safely, efficiently, and without interruption to enable ongoing scientific advancements. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic environments and actively anticipates laboratory needs. Key Responsibilities: Inventory & Procurement Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of laboratory supplies, including the procurement, receiving, auditing, and restocking of consumables, reagents, high-value assets, and safety supplies. Prepare and aliquot critical reagents as needed while maintaining optimal inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations. Operational & Logistics Support: Monitor and manage the daily laboratory ticketing queue, fulfilling diverse requests from research personnel in a timely manner. Manage facility package flow, including receiving, breaking down, sorting, and transporting pallets and incoming shipments across buildings. EHS & Safety Compliance: C
