(Temp to Perm) \nThe Receiving Specialist accepts and process deliveries. The responsibilities include verifying delivered items, unloading trucks, ensuring items are stored correctly. The receiving specialist will inspect deliveries with great attention to detail and be in good physical condition to lift and move heavy items. \nSchedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-430pm\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReceiving and signing for deliveries, comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.\nOrganize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory with received items.\nProcess and record corresponding transactions in Oracle.\nWork collaboratively with the team to resolve any discrepancies.\nHandling returns of miss-shipped or damaged merchandise.\nOther duties as assigned by the manager.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or GED.\n1-2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment or similar experience.\nExperience with Warehouse Management Systems, Spreadsheet and ERP, preferably Oracle.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:\nBasic math skills, and the ability to utilize sound judgment and reasoning capabilities to resolve problems.\nGood interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.\nAbility to communicate, both orally and written, in a professional manner.\nundefined\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:\nAbility to lift up to 60lbs.\nAbility to work and operate a pallet jack.\nAt times may be required to work outside normal working hours.\nCompensation & Total Rewards \nThis range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay we reasonably expect to offer at the time of hire.
