Your role will involve guiding them through the intricacies of these new technological landscapes.\nThe primary objective of this role is to comprehend a client’s existing business challenges and develop a detailed technical solution to address them. Engaging with clients and prospects, you will generate positive interest in the solutions we provide, emphasising the significant business benefits derived from these investments.\nYou will be part of an exceptional team consisting of highly skilled Solutions Architects and Engineers. These individuals not only deliver challenging projects but also organise and attend meetups, speak at conferences, and are well-respected peers in the industry. Our team is passionate about cloud, data centres, automation, and AI.\nAs a Data Centre Solutions Architect, you will be involved in various scenarios focused on designing, implementing, and optimising on-premises infrastructure to meet clients’ goals. You will collaborate directly with clients and clearly capture their requirements and articulate solutions and business value through detailed, clear, and concise client facing documentation. Here are some common scenarios and responsibilities you might encounter:\n· Clients need to modernise their data centre network infrastructure: You will design seamless migration strategies, champion the move to modern network architectures (such as Software-Defined Networking, spine-leaf topologies, and Cisco ACI), and ensure secure, high-performance, and resilient connectivity across all data centre environments.\n· Clients are struggling with manual overhead, slow provisioning, or spiralling infrastructure costs: You will guide clients in adopting a modern infrastructure operating model. This includes implementing Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform or Ansible) for automated provisioning and designing strategies to optimise resource utilisation and ensure budget-friendly deployments.\n· Clients lack a robust strategy to protect against data loss or infrastructure outages: You will architect highly available environments and develop Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies, including failover mechanisms, data redundancy, and reliable backup solutions.\n· Clients are looking to deploy AI but are constrained by their existing server infrastructure and data centre capacities: You will architect specialised compute solutions on platforms like Cisco UCS or Dell PowerEdge, integrating required GPU and CPU architectures, and advising on the physical data centre implications-such as power distribution, advanced cooling, and rack density-to ensure these demanding platforms run optimally and securely on-premises.\nYou will thrive in this role if you:\nHave 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure or data centre architecture roles\n\nHave exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities combined with strong business orientation that enables you to link technology vision to business value effectively.\n\nHave hands-on experience as a platform or enterprise architect with direct involvement in architecting and executing migrations including preparation, planning, and execution phases.\n\nUnderstand on-premises infrastructure deeply and can navigate the complexities of enterprise technology transformation.\n\nDon’t mind your co-workers getting excited about old computers and semiconductors.\n\nGiven this is a client-facing role, we require someone to be in our London office/client site at least 2 days a week.\nRequirements\nTo deliver in your role we expect the following skills, abilities, knowledge & experience:\nRequired Technical Skills & Abilities - some or all:\nDesigning and/or deploying of Cisco UCS or Dell PowerEdge product range\n\nDesigning and/or deploying of Hyperconverged Infrastructure technology (inc. Cisco Hyperflex, Azure Local, Nutanix)\n\nDesigning and/or deploying of storage technologies and platforms such as Pure Storage or Dell/EMC\n\nDesigning and/or deploying of Cisco Nexus and ACI data centre technology\n\nDesigning and/or deploying of VMware Cloud Foundation product range\n\nExperience programmatically deploying and managing multi-cloud environments (Terraform, Ansible etc.)\n\nDesirable Skills & Abilities:\nCertifications: CCNP qualifications or equivalent\n\nCertifications: Nvidia qualifications or equivalent (e.g., NVIDIA Certified Professional, NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute certifications)\n\nAutomation and orchestration tools and features and DevOps methodology (e.g. Terraform, Ansible, Vendor specific tools like Cisco NSO)\n\nCoding skills to support DevOps (Python, REST API, GIT etc.)\n\nWorking knowledge of containerisation e.g., Docker, Kubernetes\n\nInterest and appreciation for technology trends and their architectures such as memory, CPUs, GPUs.\n\nBENEFITS\nNatilik offers a series of benefits and perks designed to support your personal and professional growth, while fostering a thriving and rewarding work environment.
