In this role, you will conduct detailed structural analysis of composite and metallic airframe components using FEA methods to assess component performance, fatigue life, durability, and support vehicle-level analysis and configuration management activities\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform stress analysis on composite and metallic airframe components, including sizing of detail parts and assessing the strength of primary and secondary aircraft structures and systems.\nAuthor and release analysis documentation.\nOwn and develop airframe level models and analysis. \nAssess new and existing designs by performing strength analysis, supporting drawing release, and preparing analysis reports.\nEvaluate and compare structural efficiency and weight for different structural arrangements and concepts through analysis and trade studies.\nProvide input for structural tests, including test requirements, loads, and predicted results.\nRequirements\nA minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience\nBachelor of Science in Aerospace or Mechanical engineering or equivalent work experience \nExperience with structural analysis of primary and secondary airframe structure\nExperience with composite and metallic analysis\nProficiency in NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks\nExperience planning and executing various system tests\nUnderstanding of Part 23 requirements \nCore Behaviors:\nBuilds trust through ownership, transparency, and follow-through\nCommunicates clearly, directly, and respectfully across teams\nProven ability to lead by example and model expected behaviors\nAbility to give and receive direct, constructive feedback\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with evolving priorities\nBenefits\nHealth Care Plan -
