\nPerformance & Reporting\nTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the sales pipeline. \nPrepare comprehensive business development reports for leadership review. \nRequirements\nExperience: Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, preferably within the security or related service industries. \nBilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. \nProven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. \n Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other digital marketing or outreach platforms. \nIndustry Knowledge: Strong understanding of security services, client expectations, and relevant industry regulations. \nCommunication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. \nOrganization & Initiative: Self-motivated, with exceptional time management and multitasking skills. \nTravel Requirements: Ability to travel
