Based on-site in Miami, this role partners closely with leadership and operations teams to meet staffing needs, strengthen employee engagement, and promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.\nThe ideal candidate brings sound judgment, strong organizational skills, and a hands-on approach to recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR compliance. This position requires someone who can support employees, guide managers through workplace challenges, and improve HR processes as the organization grows.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding to support operational staffing needs.\nOversee payroll processes and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.\nServe as a trusted resource for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.\nManage employee relations matters fairly, discreetly, and in consistent application of company policies.\nGuide performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives.\nMaintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.\nCoordinate benefits administration and help employees understand available programs.\nSupport compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.\nDevelop, implement, and improve HR policies and procedures.\nPartner with operational leadership on workforce planning, retention, and organizational culture.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nPrevious experience as an HR Manager or senior HR Generalist, preferably supporting a multi-site or field-based workforce.\nDemonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.\nStrong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.\nProficiency with HRIS platforms, payroll systems, document management tools, and basic HR reporting.\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nExperience supporting training, coaching, and professional development programs.\nAbility to build trust with employees and collaborate effectively with leadership and operations teams.\nCommitment to confidentiality, ethical HR practices, equal opportunity, and an
