Our work is grounded in partnership, accountability, and a belief that strong systems and strong people together create lasting impact.\nThe Workforce Services & Eligibility Specialist supports the Agency's mission by ensuring excellence in workforce services delivery through participant eligibility determination, program compliance, quality assurance, reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities. This position is responsible for maintaining compliance with agency, funder, and regulatory requirements while supporting program operations through monitoring, auditing, reporting, staff training, and participant services. The Specialist collaborates with internal teams, community partners, employers, and funders to ensure high-quality service delivery, accurate documentation, effective program performance, and successful participant outcomes.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport participant orientations, intake activities, eligibility determinations, and enrollment processes.\nReview, verify, and maintain participant documentation to ensure compliance with program, agency, and funder requirements.\nSupport participants through information, referrals, and coordinated service delivery.\nConduct internal quality assurance reviews, file audits, and compliance monitoring activities.\nMonitor program performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve outcomes and efficiency.\nGenerate reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and data analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.\nProvide training and technical assistance to staff regarding eligibility, compliance, documentation, and quality assurance requirements.\nBuild and maintain collaborative relationships with workforce partners, employers, community organizations, and funding agencies.\nAssist with grants, special projects, reporting requirements, and outreach initiatives.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nKnowledge of workforce development, employment and training programs, eligibility requirements, and compliance standards.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related database systems.\nAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively.\nExperience with federally funded workforce or social service programs preferred.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nAssociate degree and three years of related experience;
